Terms of Service

Scope of Services

INSIDE Enterprises GmbH provides a cloud-based digital workplace platform ("Service") to business customers under a subscription model. The Service includes content management, team communication, integrations, and related features as described in the applicable order form.

User Obligations

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using the Service, and obtaining necessary consents from end users. Customers shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our production environment, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, customers are entitled to service credits as specified in their contract.

Liability & Indemnification

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Both parties agree to indemnify each other against third-party claims arising from breach of these terms.
